GolfingMyWay Project Manager
GolfingMyWay is seeking a Project Manager with web and enterprise application experience. This is a full-time position based in our main office in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage complex project plans and ensure on-time delivery
- Provide hands on analysis, design, development testing, implementation and post implementation support
- Work to improve overall performance of existing application
- Provide day-to-day support and quality assurance for projects and tasks
- Assist with internal process improvements
- Monitor the stability and performance of the website
- Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
- Debug issues with Linux software, applications and network
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and automation systems
- Facilitate communication, coordinate escalation, and work with subject matter experts to implement critical fixes
- Automate and streamline processes
- Track issues and run reports
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Operations experience and 2+ as a Technical project manager
- Prior experience working with ISP’s and managing email/messaging infrastructures
- Experience working in a web or internet start-up environment a plus
- Very familiar with UNIX/Linux OS (scripting experience a plus)
- Perl, PHP experience a big plus
